History
Late Mr. Narain Das Kapur established the practice in 1933. On 01.08.1964, the firm obtained registration with ICAI. In 1967, Late Mr. Ravinder Kapur joined the practice as a partner. Later on, other Chartered Accountants also joined as Partner (s), after which the practice progressed as a partnership firm.
Over the years, the firm has served clients across changing economic, corporate, tax and regulatory environments. The work of the firm has evolved from traditional accounting and audit assignments to a broader practice covering audit, tax, GST, corporate law, FEMA, regulatory compliance, transaction support, internal control, process review and accounting support.
Culture
The firm seeks to maintain a professional environment where team members are trained to understand the client’s business, document their work, apply professional standards and communicate clearly. Most of the Partners and Professionals associated with the firm have developed their experience through the firm’s training and practice environment.
