Who we are
N. D. Kapur & Co. is a Chartered Accountants firm founded in 1933 by Late Shri Narain Das Kapur. The firm obtained registration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on 01.08.1964. In 1967, his son, Late Shri Ravinder Kapur joined him as a partner and thereafter, the Firm has continued to provide professional services through a partnership structure.
The firm operates from New Delhi, Gurugram and Mumbai and works with associates across India where assignments require local coordination. NDK’s practice covers audit and assurance, direct and indirect taxation, corporate law, FEMA and regulatory compliance, accounting support, valuation, transaction support and business advisory services.

History
Late Shri Narain Das Kapur established the practice in 1933. On 01.08.1964, the firm obtained registration with ICAI. In 1967, Late Shri Ravinder Kapur joined the practice as a partner and thereafter, the Firm has continued to provide professional services through a partnership structure. Later on, other Chartered Accountants also joined as Partner (s).
Over the years, the firm has served clients across changing economic, corporate, tax and regulatory environments. The work of the firm has evolved from traditional accounting and audit assignments to a broader practice covering audit, tax, GST, corporate law, FEMA, regulatory compliance, transaction support, internal control, process review and accounting support.
